Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans may change, but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Please note that this fee is necessary to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your appointment, as well as the potential loss of revenue due to the late cancellation.
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to my cancellation policy. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.
A full charge will be applied to a no show appointment.
